What is your return/exchange policy?

Evaans operates an exchange-only policy (no cash refunds). You may exchange any eligible dress within 07 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and includes all original tags and packaging. This 07-days window is standard for online fashion retailers.

 

Under our exchange-only approach, you can swap an item for another of equal or lesser value, but no monetary refund will be given.

 

To initiate an exchange, simply contact our customer support with your order number – we’ll guide you through the easy return and replacement process.

What should I do if my order is missing items or I received the wrong product?

If your order isn't quite right, we are here to help! To ensure a quick resolution, please follow these steps:

  • Record an Unboxing Video: We require a video of the package being opened as proof of the condition and contents of your delivery.

  • Act Fast: Please raise your claim within 24 working hours from the date of delivery.

 

Please Note: To protect all our customers and ensure accuracy, we may be unable to process claims for missing or incorrect items without a clear unboxing video.

 

How to Film a Valid Unboxing Video?

To make sure your claim is processed without any hiccups, please follow these simple steps when your package arrives:

 

1. Start Before You Open

 

Before you reach for the scissors, show the unopened package from all angles. This confirms the package was sealed and hasn't been tampered with before the video started.

 

2. Focus on the Shipping Label

 

Clearly show the shipping label on the box. We need to be able to read the tracking number and your address to verify it's the correct order.

 

3. Keep the Camera Rolling (No Edits!)

 

The video must be a continuous, uncut shot. Please do not pause or edit the video while unboxing. We need to see the entire process from start to finish in one take.

4. Show Every Item

 

As you take things out, place them clearly in the camera’s view. If an item is missing or looks like the wrong product, point it out right then and there.

 

5. Check the Condition

 

If you notice any physical damage to the items, give the camera a quick "close-up" so we can see the issue clearly.
